Arthur Ibarra, general manager of La Fonda

"I’ve been here since the day they opened on March 2016, and it’s been amazing since then. I also managed this restaurant before, before they closed two years ago, for three years. When I was managing back then, over two years ago, I started managing when the Camperos were no longer here. They were gone for about 10 years. We get a lot of people that stopped coming because Nati Cano Camperos left. A lot more people start coming back, people haven’t been here for over 10 years."
